Adobe and MS Excel Software Issues

This has been a rough month for the software company Adobe. This month they have released 3 Security Bulletins and Advisories. They have patched the Flash player vulnerability but have not released a patch for Adobe Acrobat(Stay Tuned)



Microsoft also released a Security Bulletin yesterday vulnerability in Microsoft Excel could allow remote code execution. Now they have not as of today released a fix but offer "Suggested Actions" that "will not correct the underlying vulnerability". I will post links to update when available. Here is the best advice that they offer. "Do not open or save Office files that you receive from un-trusted sources or that are received unexpectedly from trusted sources"
