Back in June I did some beta testing of the new Microsoft Security Essentials (Anti Virus, Anti Malware Protection) I was satisfied and today Microsoft has released for download to all users.

This free product is designed to compete with the Free AVG product that most users have installed...so what is my recommendation??? I say whatever is works. I'm equally pleased with both products and predict the Microsoft Security Essential increasing in popularity with time.
One thing to watch out for is SEO Poisoning see this article from WebSense.
